The unit aims to study the role of biomolecules, fat, carbohydrate, peptides, and other resources in society's health problems, including, obesity, diabetes, reproductive performance, and cancer. This research has a significant role in developing the public health sector, which is one of the goals of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
