Duties
- Ensure the implementation of the rules and mechanisms governing graduation projects in the college and ensure their application.
- Coordination between the scientific departments, the college administration, the various departments of the university and the labor market to facilitate procedures related to the implementation of students' graduation projects.
- Proposing and finding solutions to any problems hindering the implementation of college students' graduation projects.
- Considering students' requests related to obstacles to the implementation of graduation projects referred to it by heads of scientific departments or students.
- Establishing and following up the database of graduation projects in the college.
- Preparing the graduation projects guide annually and uploading it to the college website
- Periodic review of the graduation projects guide and updating it according to the new regulations and as required by the interest of work
- Work on establishing partnerships and memoranda of understanding with government and private sectors in society in order to adopt ideas and participate in the arbitration of graduation projects
- Measuring performance indicators for projects annually and inventory of achievement evidence
- Holding an annual exhibition to showcase outstanding projects
- Inventory of local, regional and international conferences and competitions in the fields of science specialization and announce them to students and members to contribute and nominate them
- Create a database of participants in the aforementioned conferences and competitions
- Submit the minutes of the committee's meetings to the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs.
