Educational philosophy of the physics program in the College of Science
The educational philosophy in the Bachelor of Physics program is based on preparing an independent student by applying the best practices in teaching the basics of physics and its applications, which aims to meet the needs of society and confront challenges through the application of physics concepts, and thus contribute to achieving the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030. Therefore, the program seeks to graduate competitive students. They promote scientific research through continuous learning, while maintaining values and ethics and encouraging students to continue and develop self-learning skills, effective communication, and teamwork. These features reflect the role of the faculty members by adopting effective teaching strategies and assessment tools using technological applications, in order to achieve the educational philosophy of the physics program.
