CH3COONa (Sodium Acetate)
(Ammonium Sulfate) (NH4)2SO4
- Spectrophoto meter /Measuring cylinder 25 ml / beaker /Dropper / Distilled Water /Glass rood.
Solution : KMnO4 Putasium Permanganate
- Spectrophoto meter /Measuring cylinder 25 ml / beaker /Dropper /Distilled Water / Glass rood.
Solution:160 ml acetone +40ml distilled water /10gm plants leaf
- Spectrometer+3 tube / tubes holder / dropper (very small – small).
Solution: Prepared hemoglobin sample
- Prepacked gel filtration column/ tubes Collection / tubes holder/ Pipette/ column buffer (phosphate buffered saline) / Coomassie Brilliant Blue dye.
