Measurement of the electric conductivity of a Solution / Lambert- Beer′s   law / Spectroscopy Characteristics of Chlorophylls and carotenoids / Absorption spectrum of hemoglobin/ Size Exclusion Gel Chromatography.

  • Conductivity meter /Measuring cylinder 25 ml / beaker / Dropper /Distilled Water /Glass rood / Thermometer / Electrical heater.

NaCl ( Sodium Chloride ) solution : 

CH3COONa  (Sodium Acetate)      

(Ammonium Sulfate) (NH4)2SO4                          

  • Spectrophoto meter /Measuring cylinder 25 ml / beaker /Dropper / Distilled Water /Glass rood.

Solution : KMnO4 Putasium Permanganate

  • Spectrophoto meter /Measuring cylinder 25 ml /  beaker /Dropper /Distilled Water / Glass rood.

Solution:160 ml acetone +40ml distilled water /10gm plants leaf

  • Spectrometer+3 tube / tubes holder / dropper (very small – small).

Solution: Prepared hemoglobin sample

  • Prepacked gel filtration column/ tubes Collection / tubes holder/ Pipette/ column buffer (phosphate buffered saline) / Coomassie Brilliant Blue dye.

Sample : Mixture of (Vitamin B12 and Albumin)
