The Female Employees Affairs Unit is one of the units that work to follow up and implement the university’s policy by providing distinguished services with a high degree of efficiency and flexibility to ensure the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the academic and administrative bodies and to try to create a distinct environment and incentive to raise the level of job performance.

Tasks
- Follow-up on all matters related to the employees of the College of Science (faculty staff + administrative staff) including requests or financial dues and allowances.
- Follow-up evaluation of the job performance of the employees of the College of Science (faculty staff + administrative staff).
- Archiving the files of the College of Sciences
- Follow up on all the problems related to the employees of the College of Science and seek to solve them through communication between the competent departments.
- Ensure to update the data of the employees of the College of Science (faculty members and female employees) and follow up on all developments and changes that occur as a result (promotions, transfer).
- Adherence to all instructions and directives directed to the unit by the Dean of the College of Science and the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
