Postgraduate Studies Unit

This unit aims to fully supervise the admission process for postgraduate programs and follow up on requests for postponement and apology for not studying, as well as deletion and addition processes and deprivation lists in accordance with the regulations and decisions issued in this regard for postgraduate students. It also supervises the progress of postgraduate studies in the college, its examinations and committees, and follows up on the extension and research periods of student researchers after the approval of the scientific departments. Also, follow up on the formation of scientific committees to discuss, approve the names of graduates, and advance them to complete the award of the degree.

Scientific Research, Publishing and Translation Unit

The Scientific Research and Publishing Unit aims to develop the scientific publishing process at the college by following up on developing a research map for the college in cooperation with academic departments and developing the joint scientific publishing process for graduate students and members. It also supervises the formation of research teams in specialized and common fields, and strengthens the work of research partnerships internally and externally. It also seeks to follow up on the associations and chairs affiliated with the college, and to develop cooperation between the college and the university in everything related to faculty members and their research achievements.

Scholarship Unit

This unit seeks to supervise students on scholarship from the college. It follows up on their cases and communicates with the relevant departments regarding completing their data and preparing a comprehensive report on them on a periodic basis.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit

This unit aims to coordinate with the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and support the college’s activities in this field by spreading the culture of creativity and innovation within the college’s surroundings. It also supervises the holding of relevant events, workshops and lectures. In addition, the unit evaluates innovative works from the college’s outputs of research and methodological work in preparation for publishing them in the relevant channels, follows up on everything related to patents, registration files, and intellectual property rights, and enters into partnerships with companies and experts in the local and global market to utilize the college’s innovative outputs to the greatest extent possible.

Postgraduate Programs Unit

A unit concerned with developing programs and study plans for postgraduate programs and updating them periodically. This is with the aim of keeping up with scientific development, labor market requirements, and national strategies, according to the evidence of the University Agency for Scientific Research and Innovation.
