The Student Records System provides the head of the Academic Supervision Unit with the following electronic academic supervision services:
- Assigning students to academic supervisors.
- Connecting students with academic supervisors
- Ensure that the data of the academic supervisors and student advisors in the college is entered (e-mail - phone - office address - academic supervision hours - student advising hours).
- Extracting the list of those who are about to falter according to the cumulative or quarterly average from the academic supervision system, creating applications and forwarding them to academic supervisors.
- Extracting lists of those who are about to stumble according to absence for those who have been absent for two consecutive weeks in all lectures of registered courses and create applications and forward them to academic supervisors.
- Review the degrees of assignments for courses to support those who are about to stumble, who have obtained a score of less than 60% of the assignment degree, as the supervisor is automatically notified by the system.
- Review requests for academic supervision that have been created for review, follow-up and redirection when needed.
- Create and direct individual academic supervision requests when needed.
- Extracting reports.
