Admission and Registration Unit
This unit is concerned with helping the students in accepting internal and external transfer and visits from inside and outside of colleges the university and the equivalence of courses. It helps the students register their academic courses and solve the problems that might exist and. It also follows up the requests for apology, postponement,re-registration, change of specialization and acceptance of excuses.
Schedules and Tests Unit
Preparing the academic schedules for all the courses and the groups that will be offered in the semester based on the numbers of the new students and the failed ones, the number of the classrooms and the labs in each course, in order to ensure the distribution of students equally to the groups.
The unit is also concerned with the management, organization and follow-up of improving the performance and assessment quality of the students at the departments of the college as well as controlling the conduct of tests according to a methodology that ensures its validity, integrity, and reliability.
Software Development Unit
A unit concerned with the development of academic plans for academic programs and updating them periodically to meet with the scientific development and requirements of the labor market.
Academic Counseling Unit
This unit aims at creating the appropriate conditions for building a positive relationship between the faculty members and the students through guidance programs.
E - Learning Unit
This unit is concerned with supporting the electronic content of the courses and providing the faculty members and the students with knowledge about "Blackboard", the electronic learning management system.
Alumni Unit
This unit is concerned with helping the graduate students and the completion of their procedures and providing their graduation documents. It is also concerned with carrying out tasks and supporting the sub-units.
