The Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs' vision, objectives, and mission are the foundation for the General Directorate of Supplies' vision, mission, and goals, which are to implement the university's vision, mission, and goals. The General Directorate of Supplies is responsible for the executive aspects and technical studies of laboratory management, construction, the provision of laboratory devices, chemicals, and consumables, in addition to laboratory and office furnishings and preparing annual plans to ascertain the needs of the university. Also, preparing the university's policy for the General Directorate of Supplies development strategies, which is in order to help provide the best learning and working environments. Also, promoting energy savings, cutting wastage, and lowering spending. Moreover, The General Directorate of Supplies is working in the safety, hazard and hazardous waste management fields. It is also important to support the development of sources of self-income for the university and income-generating activities. These are the areas that have an impact on all of the university's activities in its mission to offer a distinctive, cutting-edge, and sophisticated teaching and research service.

Based on the National Transformation Program and the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and in recognition of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince, may Allah protect them, and the appreciated and continuous support for the promotion and development of universities and higher education, the directorate is working to achieve the university's goals, vision and mission and propel progress through the most effective use of financial resources and infrastructural facilities, and the upgrading of services provided to the university's employees, faculty, students and administrators.

The General Directorate of Supplies has seen bright successes and significant qualitative leaps since its inception under the support and direction of His Excellency the President of the University and His Excellency the Vice President, and it is making steady progress towards achieving its strategic plan as one of the key tools of the University to achieve leadership, excellence, quality assurance of performance and providing educational, research and training services that meet the needs of the community.

The administrative structure includes the following departments and sections: Medical Supplies Department, Scientific Laboratory Department, Computer and Software Department, Smart Classroom and Educational Aids Department, Furniture Department, and Network and Television Department. Additionally, there are two sections: the Operational and Technical Support Section and the Maintenance Section. The Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs is the department's direct supervisor.
