The General Directorate of Human Resources is one of the core directorates that provides services to all the University employees across all the administrations. We believe that the human capital is the most valuable asset in the university, in which the skills and abilities of its employee’s shall be invested by focus on performance efficiency, improve the output quality, and excel in services while ensuring beneficiary satisfaction. This can only be achieved with well trained and capable human resources.
We strive to create a work environment that enables everyone to add qualitative value to our work. We are committed to ensure that our performance in carrying out the administration responsibilities aligns with modern human resource management practices. we will work towards improving and developing the services provided to the university's employees, which will positively reflect on the quality of performance in human resources tasks and duties. This will contribute to achieving the university’s strategic goals and the objectives of the National Transformation Program, part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
