Investment Department
The Investment Department undertakes to propose and develop the investment plans for the assets in kind and cash available to the university; to prepare the annual plans for the university’s resources and submit them to the (Committee on Investment) for approval; to prepare reference tender terms; to conclude contracts for leasing property; to renew and rescind contracts, and propose control procedures to preserve the university’s financial resources.
Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs
The Administrative and Financial Affairs Section undertakes to manage the administration’s administrative and financial affairs, including: preparing the annual financial reports and submitting same to the Committee on Investment; following up the collection of property rights; preparing the draft annual budget and submitting an annual report on the administration, its activities and needs; distributing work among the administration affiliates in a way that defines responsibilities and ensures good work performance; providing proposals to develop administrative work.
Studies and Projects Department
The Studies and Projects Department undertakes to prepare the specialized technical and engineering studies; prepare the financial and market studies, studies on evaluation and appraisal of assets and real property; prequalification of consulting offices specialized in planning, design and implementation; prequalification of contractors; approval of the engineering plans for real estate projects after being prepared by the technical competent authorities; project management and supervising implementation thereof.
