The Deanship of Academic Development at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University provides its services to the community by hosting several training programs for teachers in the public education. Its community service programs are conducted in coordination with the General Department of Education in the Eastern Province.
Target Participants: Teachers and general education teachers - all stages.
Duration of the program: 5 days (2-3 workshops per day).
Participants receive certificates of attendance.
The program aims to:
- Provide professional development opportunities for teachers at all levels of the public education in the Eastern Province.
- Improve teaching knowledge and skills of teachers, which will reflect positively on their performance in classrooms.
- Communicate with the surrounding community and share the quality expertise of the Deanship with its community.
Program Topics
The topics of the program are identified in cooperation with the General Department of Education in the Eastern Province in order to meet the needs of teachers who are nominated for participation in the program.
