The HRH Department is working hard on presenting scheduled events throughout the year. The events will consist of introductory lectures that explain employee regulations, rights and duties and the role of the HR Directorate. The lectures will be held in coordination with the Academic and Training Department and aim at introducing the regulations and followed procedures, explaining the importance of registration and professional classification and how the system works as well as how to extend professional classification either for government employees or sub-contract employees. Also, providing lectures for interns that explain hospital recruitment mechanisms and the main steps that they should follow in the end of their internship. At the end of each lecture, the lecturer will receive questions from the audience.
