The Department of Physics is one of the departments of the College of Science, which continuously seeks to provide academic programs in multiple disciplines, and various distinguished educational services for students, faculty members and administrators affiliated with it. All of this contributes to the College's vision and mission that emanates from the university's vision and mission. The Department of Physics has its mission to provide various academic programs and distinctive research in various fields of physics. It is keen to support researchers by creating an environment that stimulates learning, creativity and scientific research. Also, it works to activate community partnerships and meet market requirements. The department grants a bachelor's degree in physics in Computational Physics, Condensed Matter Physics and Biophysics. As well as, a master's degree in Physics in the Medical Physics program and a master's degree in Physics of Materials Science. Furthermore, it grants a doctorate degree in both fields, Physics of Materials and Theoretical Physics. The department abounds with an internationally outstanding teaching cadre, and this is by the grace of Allah and then with the support of our rulers. In the end, we ask Allah for more success and satisfaction.
