The applicant fulfills all the conditions of the unified regulations for postgraduate studies in Saudi universities, in accordance with the text of Article Fifteen of the regulations. 2. The applicant must have a bachelor's degree from the College of Education from one of the Saudi universities, or recognized universities, with a grade of at least (very good). 3. The applicant who is not a graduate of the College of Education must obtain a grade of (very good) at least in the bachelor's and general diploma stages in education. 4. The applicant must pass the admission test (written) and the personal interview conducted by the department. 5. The applicant must pass the aptitude test for university students. 6. The applicant must meet any other conditions set by the Department Council.
