- Stimulate the creative authors to write and unveil literary talents.

Project on Promoting Efficiency of Scientific Researches and Studies in Arabic Language on Social Sciences and Humanities at Saudi Universities

Naf’ (Benefit) Sustainable Volunteer Initiative

A summary of the activity: It is an initiative that aims to urge members and students to participate in and activate (Saudi & International Volunteer Day) by focusing on best volunteer practices; the initiative consists of a number of awareness and training workshops, an advertising campaign and further a ceremony on launching the initiative (Joud AlJam’a “the university’s generosity”).
Making Documentary Films on History & Heritage of Eastern Province

A summary of the activity: Students of the Field History course have made documentary films recording Eastern province-related historical or heritage-based topics, which are presented on the History Department Youtube channel in order to document the history and heritage of the Eastern Province to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 regarding deepening the national identity.

A summary of the activity: A translation center serves departments, deanships, and external agencies; it translates books, lectures, and research and urges researchers to translate and publish, which contributes to making use of the experiences of faculty members of the department of English and pushing translation movement forward.
