Testahel (National Day Celebration)
It was an electronic initiative launched by the Vice Presidency for Female Student Affairs to celebrate the 88th National Day, with the aim of highlighting the University's female staff role models who effortlessly served our country during the 1438 - 1439 Academic Year. Also, the initiative included a celebration of the 88th National Day in the colleges and singing the National Anthem.
Introductory Exhibition for High School Students
The Deanship of Student Affairs represented by the Vice Deanship for Female Student Activities in cooperation with the Vice Presidency for Female Student Affairs organized on 25 – 27 March 2019 an introductory exhibition for High School students. Approximately 1266 students attended the exhibition and they were introduced to IAU's various deanships and colleges to get an overall idea of the university's available specialties and educational opportunities.
The 40th Graduation Ceremony
Under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Abeer bint Faisal bin Turki Al Saud, Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University organized the 40th graduation ceremony for more than 3000 female students in the Green Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday 2 - 3 April 2019.
ATAA Ceremony 2019
ATAA Ceremony is an annual cultural closing ceremony that is organized by the Vice Presidency for Female Students Affairs to honor the university's retiring female employees.
The ceremony was held on May 2, 2019, in Le Méridien Al Khobar.
Its objectives include: distinguishing Arab cultural legacies, honoring retiring employees, and engaging in community service.
Al Ahsa Journey
In accordance with Al Ahsa's Manufactured Dates Festival 2019, the Vice President for Female Student Affairs organized a trip for IAU's female employees to Al-Ahsa Oasis on February 14, 2019. The trip included visits to various heritage tourism places that are registered in UNESCO's World Heritage List such as Alqara mountain, Jawatha Mosque, and Park, Suq al-Qaysariyah, and the Dates Festival.
Eid Al Adha Celebration
The Eid Al-Adha Annual Greeting Celebration was held on Monday 16/02/1439 AH in the lobby between building 80 and the College of Design for female employees of the university where they celebrated the Eid Day occasion and was accompanied by the Vice President for Female Student Affairs Dr. Dalal Al-Tamimi.
Walking Challenge
The Vice President for Female Student Affairs in cooperation with the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Learning organized a Walking Challenge to motivate the University's faculty and staff to become a sustainable active and vibrant community (Vision 2030), the challenge continued throughout the month of March in 2019 and was accompanied by different events and activities and all necessary medical information and follow-ups were provided for the contestants during the challenge's period.
Your Health is in Your Hands
In cooperation with the Eastern Province's Eamana, the Vice President for Students Affairs organized a (Your Health is in Your Hands) lecture for female students, faculty, and administrative members that aimed at raising awareness about the dangers of beauty salons and tips on shopping for food supplies. The lecture was held on February 12, 2019, at Princess Jawaher Hall in Al Rayyan Campus.
Personal Financial Savings for a Better Future Workshop
The Vice President for Female Student Affairs organized a workshop titled (Personal Financial Savings for a Better Future) in cooperation with the Social Development Bank. The workshop was held to spread the culture of saving and financial awareness.
Seasonal Flu Vaccination Campaign
In accordance with the Ministry of Health's annual Seasonal Flu Vaccination campaign. IAU in cooperation with the Office of Preventive Medicine in Dammam and Khobar provided the Seasonal Flu vaccine for Al-Rayyan, Al-Rakah, and Al-Jubail campuses female members, from 25 to 29 November 2018.
We will Come to You
An initiative aimed at providing a mobile civil services unit to serve IAU's female members (Faculty members, administrative staff, and students) in Al-Rakah, Al-Rayyan campuses, and the College of Science and Humanities in Jubail, which aimed at facilitating university life (Vision 2030).
