Preparing distinguished and well-qualified graduates who abide by the teachings of Islam in the way they think and act so that they can actively participate in making progress in their country.

1. Instilling the proper foundations of belief, worship, and manner
2. Forming qualified characters distinguished by their correct understanding of Islam. 
3. Spreading the right moderate approach to thinking, and supporting intellectual security.
