It is a specialized center for providing consultations in field of psychiatry and mental health. It aims to enhance the benefit from the professional expertise of a group of qualified and experienced people in psychiatry and mental health by providing the highest standards of advisory, scientific, and medical services to professional, educational, and medical bodies.

Objectives
- To provide medical consultations to government and private sectors in the field of mental illness, such as psychiatry for the elderly, psychological treatment, and mental illness associated with physical illness.
- To provide expertise and supervision in establishing and managing medical services in the health sectors
- To provide consultations in the field of education and training in psychiatry and mental health
- To provide expert advice to conduct educational and awareness activities and contribute to the establishment or support of training courses
- To contribute for making partnerships with government and private sectors to spread expertise in the field.
