General Instructions
- Arrival will be at approximately 5 pm.
- Entrance from the female graduates' gate.
- Please bring your graduation gown and sash.
- It is compulsory to wear a black, long skirt with a white shirt.
- Usage of smart phones and cameras are not allowed.
- Please DO NOT bring valuables with you because the University will not be responsible for the loss or theft of such items.
- Inform your mothers that they should enter from the parents' gate and that usage of smart phones and cameras are not allowed.
- Children are not allowed to enter.
- No one can enter without an invitation card.
- Please make sure that you have a snack before you arrive.
- If your mother requires exceptional care, please inform your College coordinator to get a pass for one helper to enter with her.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring foods and drinks.
Student Procession Instructions
- Please wear your graduation gown and sash (in the set color).
- Keep a considered distance from the graduate in front of you.
- When arriving at the specified chairs, please do not sit down until all the students of your college have arrived.
- Please keep calm and quiet and cooperate to help make the ceremony a success.
- Leave all your belongings under your chair.
