Course Description
This course will focus on planning, implementing and evaluating nutrition programs in local, national and international communities. Students will learn effective and appropriate skills in communicating information to groups and communities. During this course students will explore the functions and essential services of public health nutrition. Students will practice running surveys for current public health nutrition problems in the community.
