Course Description
This course includes a few topics that deal with the general framework of the study of financing decision, working capital financing, sources of funds, estimating cost of sources of funds, estimating the weighted average cost of funds, considerations governing the acquisition of funds, financing alternatives, measuring the borrowing capacity of the company, theories of optimal capital structure, dividend decision.
