UoD's Dafeh and Tarwyah programs participated in Bahrain's Regional Network for Social Responsibility Forum.
Both the Dafeh and Tarwyah programs were represented at the Regional Forum of International Ambassadors for Community Service in the Kingdom of Bahrain
This past Thursday, October 23, 2014, the University of Dammam was represented by the Deanship of Community Service and Sustainable Development at the Community Initiatives Exhibition at the Diplomat Hotel in Bahrain. This exhibit was a part of the Regional Forum of International Ambassadors for Community Service and was sponsored by the Minister of Social Development in Bahrain and organized by the Regional Network for Social Responsibility.
The Deanship of Community Service and Sustainable Development had two exhibits: Dafeh, the preparedness initiative and Tarwya, a sustainable and eco-friendly products initiative. The Deanship distributed 200 eco-friendly water bottles to the exhibition’s visitors in order to promote sustainable development.
