An end of the year ceremony commemorating the accomplishments over the last academic year was recently held by the Deanship of Student Affairs at the Great Hall on the University of Dammam’s main campus and was attended by UoD’s president, vice presidents, deans and students. The president of the University of Dammam, Dr. Abdullah M. Al Rubaish in his opening remarks stated that, “The University currently has several ongoing academic and development projects including the completion of several buildings such as: student housing, classroom facilities and labs, sports facilities and stadiums and student restaurants. These new projects and the services that these facilities provide to the students have contributed to the development and the overall standing of the University.”
Dr. Al Rubaish added that, “The achievements that have been highlighted in this ceremony are the inevitable results of the continuous work and dedication of the Deanship of Student Affairs and the crucial involvement of the students themselves. I wish that everyone has continued success.”
Dr. Al Dossary presented the various achievements of the deanship over the previous academic year and pointed out that the Deanship of Student Affairs has recently moved into its new building and is continuing to serve UoD’s students and staff.
