Registration for the Bridging Program is Now Open!

Registration for the Bridging Program at the College of Applied Medical Sciences will be held today Sunday October 11, 2015 until Saturday, October 17, 2015.

Interested students in the following disciplines should apply: Nursing (male and female), Clinical Laboratory Sciences (male) and Radiological Sciences (male).

Please note that the following conditions are required:

1. All applicants must be full-time students for the duration of the program.
2. Applicants must have a diploma in one of the aforementioned fields from an accredited institution.
3. Applicants with a diploma from outside the Kingdom must provide an equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Higher Education.
4. Enrollment in the Bridging Program must be a continuance of the student’s degree and be in the same specialty.
5. A minimum GPA is required, at least a 3.5 out of 5, a 2.5 out of 4 or the equivalent.
6. Applicants must pass a written exam and an interview.
7. Applicants must have a valid professional classification for health practitioners from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
8. Applicants must have earned their degree within at least the last 10 years in order to qualify.

Applicants are required to have passed an English proficiency exam with a minimum score as follows:

Required documents

1. A copy of the applicant’s Saudi national ID.
2. A copy of the applicant’s graduation certificate and transcripts. (Candidates must provide the original documents for authentication during the interview).
3. A copy of their internship certificate. (Candidates must provide the original certificate for authentication during the interview).
4. A copy of their English proficiency exam results.
5. A copy of their certificate of professional classification for health practitioners from the SCFHS.
6. A letter of approval from their employer.
