About the Program: The program helps in welcoming new TA’s and lecturers to the academic community at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, to contemplate on their academic career, and to introduce them to the university's characteristics, main values, and responsibilities related to rights and performance. As well as that, the program provides them with enrichment units to prepare them for continuous professional development.
