Course Main Objective
students will study selected texts from the munificent Quran and the Prophetic Hadith (the Prophet’s tradition), the Arabs’ prose and poetry as well as other suitable texts and apply the syntactic and morphological rules they studied.

Course Content
1- An introduction to the course and its requirements; a brief about difference among the syntactic, morphological and linguistic analysis.
2- An applied study: syntactic and morphological of the following texts: verses 71-75 from Surat Al-Anfal (the Spoils of War).
3- Verses 59-63 from Al-Maidah "The Table Spread"- verses 19-24 from Surat Ar-Ra'd (Thunder).
4- A Prophetic Hadith (tradition) (Bahrain Jizia "Tax"); Hadith "Deeds are judged by intentions"
5- A prosaic text for Muhammad Bin Salam Al-Gamhei
6- Hassan Al-Basri's sermon on ascetism.
7- Abou Mihjan Al-Thaqafi's poem (Do Not Ask People About My Money and How Much It Is).
8- Bishama Bin Hazan Al-Nahshali's poem (Oh, Salma..We Are Greeting You..So, Greet Us).
9- Abou Al-Tayeb Al-Mutanabi's poem (Dayfin -alamma bi ra-asee ghayra muHtashimi) "A guest who showed at my head, bereft of timidity"
10- Al-Mu'tamid ibn Abbad's poem (I cried to the flow of pigeon when they passed me)
11- Ahmad Shawky's poem (Oh..Mourner of Talh We Are Similar in Sadness).
