Course Main Objective
The course aims to learn about the status of management in press institutions and work progress in both the administrative and editing aspects of any publications issued by the institution regarding development mechanisms, methods of cost cutting, control of expenses, deduction of the main financial statements and treatment as per the State's laws through planning, organizing, directing, controlling and commanding being essential elements of management.

- Presenting models and applications of Saudi press institutions management.
- Problems of press management and how to be handled between the administration and editing
- The scientific methods in handling the newspaper's problems, resources and expenses.
