Course Description
This course covers HRM concepts and practicing techniques in different organizations. Topics include the classical functions such as Recruitment and Selection; Training and Development; Performance Appraisals; Compensations and Rewards, and strategic HR.
Course Objectives
- Understand the nature of human resource management concepts, functions and process.
- Apply key HRM techniques and activities and develop their practices in organizations.
- Analyze real-life HRM cases, to solve problems and come up with successful solutions.
- Identify different types of HRM strategies and analyze their consequences.
- Explain the impact of internal and external factors on HRM planning and practices.
- Manage and develop employees’ performance, careers, engagements and retention.
- Outline main issues and challenges facing HRM in organizational today and deal with them successfully to reach both employees and organizational goals.
