Course Description
This course will cover the following topics: the principles of environmental legislation, obligations under environmental legislation, The Environmental Protection Act, appropriate as well as realistic environmental management models through environmental laws and regulations that support the idea of sustainable development via environmental law. Saudi Arabian environmental laws and regulations and environmental ethics will be explored in this class as well.
