The main objective of this course is to introduce building management systems (BMS) as an important tool for achieving energy efficiency in buildings, a comprehensive overview of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in buildings, various automation and control technologies and strategies to increase energy efficiency as well as the key components of BMS.
