This course describes the electric and magnetic phenomena, besides methods that are being used to produce electric and magnetic fields and potentials. To acquaint with calculating and measuring methods of electric and magnetic fields, mathematical theories that treat them, as well as knowing some applications of electric and magnetic fields. So, this course aims to develop students' abilities to understand all phenomena and laws of electricity and magnetism and establish a basic scientific background to understand the subsequent courses.
