Course Main Objective
This course aims to make students acquainted with the basic concepts of databases and their advantages and types and be explain methods of designing, building and managing databases.
Course Learning Outcomes
- 1. Knowledge and Comprehension
- 1.1Explain development of using databases in libraries and information centers along with highlighting the basic concepts of databases and their environment as well as the relational database model “RDM”.
- 2. Skills
- 2.1 Able to create database using the Microsoft Access program.
- 2.2 Use database management systems to manage databases in libraries and information centers.

- 3.1 Bear collective responsibility in submitting the project.
