Course Description
The course consists of two parts; the first part explains the theoretical background of the project management. The second part is an interior design project cost calculations.
This course outlines the principles and practice of Design economics and project management. Pre-design, design, and construction stages of the relevant techniques and methods of measurement, feasibility, bidding, project financing, costing, specifications and bill of quantities, etc., which are essential to a satisfactory level of building performance and job organization.
