Course Description
Introduction to the application of scientific principles as they relate to the measurement and forecasting of productivity in construction engineering will be the focus of this course. Other topics will include: conceptual and mathematical formulation of labor, equipment, and material factors affecting productivity, notions of quality, quality transition, quality control and inspection, quality assurance, total quality management as well as a systems approach to managing quality.
