Course Description
This course is designed to enable the student to correctly identify sectional images and the normal anatomy. Special emphasis is placed on physiology and anatomy of the body systems, the location of the relevant radiographic landmarks and to relate anatomical structures and physiological systems of the human body to imaging techniques. Recognize the relevance to the practice of diagnostic radiology of normal and abnormal conditions; create a framework within which organs and structures are identified due to their spatial relationships and appearances as displayed on medical diagnostic images.
