Design development of the eLearning content project

(foundation level) in collaboration with the Deanship of eLearning and Distance Education in the University of Dammam

One of the most important aspects of a successful eLearning ecosystem is the  high quality of  eLearning content that engages and emotionally connects the learner with the eLearning course by creating an eLearning ecosystem that encourages behavioral change, performance improvement, and skill set development  and  forms a paradigm shift from the traditional one way  educational method to the a more creatively engaging methods that involve sensory and intellectual levels  of learning to link learners with different psychological and cognitive process. Thus achieving learning goals and changing learning behaviors.  The project includes engaging and training college  faculty members to develop the second semester curriculums  within an approved framework that is subject to the Quality Matters Program standards in the United States.

The project included developing and benchmarking ten curriculums, the outputs reflected a remarkable progress by developing fourteen  curriculums within the requirements of the foundation level.   95.5% of the total number of faculty members passed the criteria  of training  and preparation which reinforces and indicates the success of the project to measure the readability and transferability of faculty members to higher levels of blended mode of education , after the affirmation of the relevant  academic rules and regulations.
