Lectures covered the theoretical background and framed the individual dissection sessions. These courses are designed to give maximal exposure to the participants in the anatomy lab, with ample time to learn the cadaveric head and neck dissection and the details of the surgical management of head and neck surgery dedicated to standard procedures, tumor ablative techniques and regional flaps raising for reconstruction.
