Two years divided into six levels and a summer semester between the two years that includes a preparatory level for the Applied College
First year
Students learn mathematics, general English, an introduction to computers, information technology, management principles, and an introduction to finance. The student also studies specialized courses in computer networks, in which students learn digital investigation tools and techniques, the basics of network paths and routers, wireless and mobile networks, as well as report writing skills. In the summer semester, students carry out field training in order to acquire practical and applied skills in specialized institutions and companies.
Second Year
Students study specialized subjects in which they learn the concepts of databases, the basics of cyber security, privacy, encryption, information security, and systems configuration and settings. They also learn network security, systems management, such as Windows, advanced topics in cybersecurity, digital investigation, innovation management, and an elective course. Students choose a course from among three elective courses such as artificial intelligence, Internet of things and big data. In the last semester, students do field training again to confirm their acquisition of practical and applied skills for what they have studied through field training in specialized institutions and companies.
