Course Description
In this course, students will explore several materials such as paper, fabric, metal, and plastic, and will be shown different forms and practices through exploring the applications of these materials in different designs. Also, in this course, students will explore the various mediums and hand skills central to printmaking to explore different ways of image making, development, and of reproducing images and lettering. The primary focus will be on ink and paper and the process of using multiple and non-multiple methods with traditional materials. Places equal emphases on developing drawing skills, understanding design principles and the importance of planning.
