The aim of this course is to provide the students with the basic concepts of Knowledge Management. It equips the students with the scientific and theoretical background and practical skills required for Knowledge Management. This course also covers the characteristics of Knowledge Management and the practical models used in Knowledge Management. It discusses the methods of collecting, classifying, deploying knowledge to serve the overall goals of the organization.
